About 400 cyclists gathered last Sunday 26th March to enjoy the Marcha Ciclista Mobel Sierra Espu\u00f1a 2017, the 2nd edition of a Medio Fondo cycling challenge that rolled through a spectacular environment, Sierra Espu\u00f1a and its annexed towns, with the mythical ascent to the Alto del Collado Bermejo - Cima Marco Pantani P.M. 1st Cat. With a 100% spring weather: sun, clouds, some cool and warm at the end, a perfect weather and a beautiful day for cycling. At the\u00a0Mobel Sierra Espu\u00f1a<\/strong>\u00a0The organisation, as usual in the CC Santa Eulalia, had everything under perfect control to guarantee the safety and enjoyment of all the cyclists.<\/p>\n

The usual training area for cyclists such as Alejandro Valverde, Luis Le\u00f3n S\u00e1nchez, Jos\u00e9 Joaqu\u00edn Rojas and Rub\u00e9n Fern\u00e1ndez was the ideal setting for a challenge designed for all those who wanted to see the beauty of these Murcian landscapes of great cycling tradition, as well as its toughness, as the profile is recommended for medium-high level cyclists.<\/p>\n

The start of this 107 km march through medium and high mountains was the attractive spot of the Monastery of Santa Eulalia, in Totana, and the finish line, as it was a circular march, was a few metres from it, in the Alto del Coraz\u00f3n de Jes\u00fas, a beautiful and hard kilometre of ascent where the strongest of the peloton were able to beat each other and fill themselves with glory. The partial and final classifications were as follows:<\/p>\n

Unos 400 ciclistas se dieron cita el pasado domingo 26\u00a0de marzo\u00a0para disfrutar de la Marcha Ciclista Mobel Sierra Espu\u00f1a 2017, la 2\u00aa edici\u00f3n de un\u00a0reto cicloturista de Medio Fondo que rodaba por un entorno espectacular, Sierra Espu\u00f1a y sus poblaciones anexas, con el m\u00edtico ascenso al Alto del Collado Bermejo \u2013 Cima Marco Pantani P.M. 1\u00aa Cat. Con un clima\u00a0100% primaveral: sol, nubes, algo de fresco y calor al final, un tiempo\u00a0perfecto y una jornada preciosa para la pr\u00e1ctica del ciclismo. A\u00a0la\u00a0Mobel Sierra Espu\u00f1a\u00a0no le falt\u00f3 ning\u00fan\u00a0detalle y la organizaci\u00f3n, como viene siendo habitual en el CC Santa Eulalia, lo tuvo todo controlado a la perfecci\u00f3n para garantizar la seguridad y el disfrute de todos los ciclistas. La zona habitual de entrenamientos de ciclistas como Alejandro Valverde, Luis Le\u00f3n S\u00e1nchez, Jos\u00e9 Joaqu\u00edn Rojas o Rub\u00e9n Fern\u00e1ndez fue el escenario ideal de un desaf\u00edo ideado para todos aquellos que quer\u00edan comprobar la belleza de estos paisajes murcianos de gran tradici\u00f3n ciclista, as\u00ed como su dureza, ya que el perfil est\u00e1 recomendado para ciclistas de nivel medio-alto. La salida de esta marcha de 107 Km. por media y alta monta\u00f1a fue el atractivo paraje del Monasterio de Santa Eulalia, en Totana, y la meta, ya que fue una marcha circular, estuvo a pocos metros de \u00e9sta, en el Alto del Coraz\u00f3n de Jes\u00fas, un bonito y duro kil\u00f3metro de subida donde los m\u00e1s fuertes del pelot\u00f3n pudieron batirse y llenarse de gloria.
