The registration period for this event, which will take place on 16 June and will include the participation of a prestigious professional cyclist, opened on Monday 15 April.
After the success of the last two editions in which registrations closed early, the Club Ciclista Sta Eulalia and Mobel Sport are once again organising the MOBEL SIERRA ESPUÑA Cycle Ride, popularly known as 'La Mobel', which will take place on Sunday 16 June. Registrations opened on 15 April on the website www.cronomur.es until the maximum number of places, which is 400, has been reached.
Mobel Sport is committed to quality and emotion, as opposed to the massification of other marches, to pay special attention to the cyclist, who feels pampered and cared for in a close and professional way from the very arrival to the beautiful village of Aledo, start and finish line for this event that runs through Sierra Espuña and climbs a mythical mountain pass for cycling as is the Collado Bermejo (1st cat.).

A select route awaits the participants with a total of 110 kilometres on the road, running mostly through the Sierra Espuña Regional Park, crossing places and towns of extraordinary beauty, accumulating a positive difference in altitude of 2,000 metres with the famous ascents of the Puerto del Collado Bermejo and the Alto de Aledo; both are usually part of professional races such as La Vuelta España and La Vuelta a Murcia. They are also the usual training ground for great cyclists from Murcia such as Rubén Fernández, Luis León Sánchez and the world champion, Alejandro Valverde.
The start will take place at 8:30 a.m. and the expected arrival time for the first participant will be around 1:30 p.m. The event is of a cyclotourist nature and takes place on roads with open traffic, so strict respect for traffic regulations is obligatory. Even so, there will be two timed sections with classification and prizes: the ascent to Collado Bermejo and the Alto de Aledo, which will mark a heroic end to the race.
The registration fee is 38 euros (federated) and 48 euros (non-federated) and entitles you to a commemorative jersey, runner's bag, medical service and technical service en route, chip time control, personalised race bib, two refreshment posts and lunch at the end of the walk, coffee at the start, showers and changing rooms, prize draw, free photos of participants along the route...
